Jerome Jardin Bartolabac is currently pursuing his Master of Information Systems (MIS)
at the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU).
As part of his academic journey, he conceptualized and developed the VolunteerREACT System,
a web-based application designed to streamline volunteer registration, management, and clinical trial coordination.
This project demonstrates his ability to apply information systems principles to real-world challenges,
integrating database management, user interface design, and role-based access control.
His work reflects both academic excellence and a genuine commitment to applying technology for improving organizational efficiency.
This project exemplifies how information systems can be applied to advance public health, support clinical research, and address real-world challenges through technology.
