Jerome Jardin Bartolabac is currently pursuing his Master of Information Systems (MIS) at the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU).

As part of his academic journey, he conceptualized and developed the VolunteerREACT System, a web-based application designed to streamline volunteer registration, management, and clinical trial coordination.
